华师附外美式高中将领导力的培养融入到学校的方方面面，学生不仅在课堂中，更在课余生活中为成为国际领袖最好准备。为了更好的锻炼学生领导能力及促进人格发展，华师附外美式高中组织了丰富多彩的课外活动，其中包括：中国传统文化教育，慈善组织，公益活动，企业实习，社会实践，体育锻炼，文娱活动及竞技竞赛等。在为大学申请做好准备的同时，学生的组织能力、社交能力、团队协助能力等都得到了充分锻炼。

ILTexas-Guangzhou FLS SCNU promotes leadership skill education to its students not only in class but also outside the class room. To maximize leadership education, the school has organized various extra-curricular activities, including Chinese traditional education, benevolent activities, community service, arts, sports and academic competition. These extra-curricular activities aim at individually developing students’ talents and competences including organizing, communicating, coordinating and leadership, which are essential to university application.
